Yes you can buy as often as you like. ISA and sipps aren’t different, just the tax and max contributions but what you can do with it is the same.
This is not a feature that FT have a currently ( you can see what the FT team are working on Here
They have mentioned they’ll be building something loosely called autopilot (I think) but for now you’ll need to do it manually. I might be odd but I quite enjoy doing it myself
