New user - can’t top up

Hi, I’m a new user that was introduced by a shares link. I have completed all the steps but the button to top up isn’t allowing me to. It doesn’t even open another window when I click the bottom. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

I’ve not done this for a couple of years but bumping this up so someone who remembers it better can help.

  • Has your id been verified? If not, you may need to wait until this has been done.
  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
