NI already in use? Please help

Hey, just opened the app to set up an account and it says my NI Number is already in use. Never used the app before, in fact never heard of it until today. Can somebody assist?

This is a weird one, it could be a glitch but as @Terry20 says you’re probably best to reach out to the team on , they’re normally much faster at replying than the auto email suggests.

Hope you don’t mind checking you didn’t fat fingered the input data!?
