Hey, just opened the app to set up an account and it says my NI Number is already in use. Never used the app before, in fact never heard of it until today. Can somebody assist?

I think you need to chat with Freetrade support regarding this issue

This is a weird one, it could be a glitch but as @Terry20 says youβre probably best to reach out to the team on hello@freetrade.io , theyβre normally much faster at replying than the auto email suggests.
Hope you donβt mind checking you didnβt fat fingered the input data!?
