When setting up the app keep getting NI Number Error

Keep getting NI Number error when trying to setup the Freetrade app.
Says its already been used. It may be because i attempted to set an account up a while back and used the number there. Is there anyway to check ?

It sounds like you already have an account set up, then. Are you using a different email address or something, as Iā€™d assume it would recognize your email as in use and attempt to log in rather than create a new account.

You may be best emailing freetrade to get them to sort this.
