I transferred £550 to my freetrade account to make some plays but 4 days later the money is no where to be seen. I have tried to contact the team no response. Instead I get a message to say the US Markets are open. Well that is great if I had money in my account
Check the other numerous threads, the customer service is busy given the influx of new users etc.
It’s not lost money, it just needs a manual trigger somewhere. The team will likely see this and will reach out direct.
