Opening Basic Account Top Up Missing

Hi. Can someone from Support help me out please. I’ve just set up today and transferred an amount from my linked bank account at 09:00 (5th Aug 2020), but by 18:00 same day it hasn’t arrived in my Freetrade Account. What have I done wrong? Thanks, Giles.

Did you make sure to use the reference number?

Best bet is to use the support system in-app.
