I am new to Freetrade and have topped up my account on the night of 3th, June.
However the top up doesn’t show in my account so I sent a message to the support.
Two days has passed but NOONE has replied, different from their claim to reply in two days.
If someone sees this post please kindly reply me asap, really disappointed as a first time user.
How did you top up? Was it via a linked bank account, or did you initiate the transfer from your bank app (in which case did you put a reference)?
You are unlikely to get a response from FT directly via the community. If you’ve contacted support and not had a response I’d suggest that route again, or send an email to them from your registered email address.

If it was linked bank account…a friend ran into a similar issue.
The linked account had a different name (added middle name) to one he used to sign up to FT and didnt pass checks. solved by using an account where the names matched.
