Poor customer service recently over 24 hours since reply and unable to top up.
Maybe post some info and see if the community can assist? (No personal details)
Have you previously linked your bank and deposited or is it a new bank account?
Is your app up to date? (check app store)
Tried clearing app cache ?
Is your mobile possibly outdated and no longer supported?
That’s somewhere to start…if you dont want to post a reply here at least make sure FT have that info
Customer service can take a little while to respond but most find the cost / service balance to be very reasonable…I’m sure it will get resolved.
Linked account but since then ive not had a response off them for nearly 24 hours
Yeah there are posts somewhere about issues switching bank accounts or for some making first time deposits. (In a small number of cases.) Security measures I think.
Im sure its something Customer Service will sort out for you very soon.
Sometimes if you wish very hard ( and tag in the very helpful @acamp ) it can help things along a little.
I’d check back tomorrow and I’m sure there will be some news
