I wonder what the new share price will be on the back of this and what other companies will be investing?

a lot better now, their initial valuation pricing is too too low

Iā€™m interested as to your confidence hereā€¦? When they announced, I was disappointed. Seeing the price range doesnā€™t surprise me. The delay is disappointing.

I struggle to see a reason RT would be IPOā€™ing unless theyā€™re struggling to raise privately. Which in the current environment isnā€™t ideal (ie anything can raise privately at the moment).

Going public has huge costs and disclosure requirements. They would go public if they were a) confident of getting a better valuation or b) the costs of listing are immaterial vs the value of the business. A) how on earth di you even value this business?! And B) not true.

Iā€™m an investor. And believe in the business and where itā€™s going. But progress has been painfully slow and cash burn is huge. The dilution is destroying any chance of meaningful returns. Iā€™m just disappointed.

People see words like recycling and think that must make the company investable in, but details are everything.

Iā€™ve yet to see anything from a technology perspective that makes RT anything different to a lot of other technologies (if they genuinely have something innovative then they might well want to keep it under wraps but that makes it difficult for investors). They are in a massively competitive sub-sector of waste management and going up against both large multinational waste management companies and perhaps more worryingly (from an investment perspective) against chemical companies - large numbers of which are developing the same or very similar technologies.

Lots of the directors have resigned effective 20th December. Only 3 left now. Any idea whatā€™s happening?

so shares transfer to PLC just completed i guess, should be finally heading to IPO i believe

1.11 pence share price for recycling technologies limited, so more or less zero increment after all these years lol

Indeed, very sad to see.
Looks like COVID and cash shortages have delayed things so much they havenā€™t managed to add much value.
Looks like growth is coming post IPO

My hope is exposure to public market scrutiny will force a significant improvement in the up to now atrocious communications from the company. Picking through the pitiful comms to date theyā€™re at least 2 years behind the original 2019 commercialisation plans (covid will be used as cover of course)ā€¦ā€¦future all hinges on whether the first site in Scotland opens next year and actually works. If / until that happens Iā€™ll give it a wide birth

Atrocious? You obviously havenā€™t invested in many crowdfunded companies, as their communications have been better a whole lot better than many others Iā€™ve invested in.

That said, I invested in this one for the environmental benefits above all else.

I agree if they get this to work thereā€™ll be significant environmental benefit - hopefully they can translate into shareholder return also. Jury is still out for me on whether they are capable of ā€˜walking the talkā€™ - that said I hope they succeed also.

Anyone have some decent info about this company not the easiest find

Go on their website under the investor section you can request access to the investor offer documentā€¦ā€¦all 200 pages of it!

Thanks just seems to pop up everytike i type in technologyminerals. Any idea of ipo date

Book build is taking place now. PIā€™s like us can take part via primary bid min subs Ā£250. Shares are scheduled to list on AIM 8am 5th April 22.

Recycling Technologies is now suspending their IPO because the CEO has decided to step down for personal reasons.

I canā€™t keep up with all these changesā€¦

Whereā€™s you hear that?

I got an email from Investor Relations today, but actually the Chairman of the Board. I had literally just signed up to the investor newsletter yesterday, from the investor section of their website.

It seems they stopped communicating directly to crowdfunding investors suddenly and need you to subscribe separately again.

Itā€™s all a little troubling.
