Hi there, new poster
Been trying to get my account reset as the app had turned off my biometric data to get into the app and I couldn’t remember by passcode.
Was asked a few days ago by Zahrah to send in my national insurance number so they can help, I’ve done this now on numerous occasions and have followed this up daily but don’t seem to be getting anywhere or any response.
The FAQ says to uninstall the app then reinstall to get back into the account. I’ve done this and it never gets passed the create account screen, it just loads for 10-15 minutes before just closing down.
Anyone have any ideas what’s going on here or what I can do??
