Slow customer service

Hi

Is it usual to have customer service response time that is this slow?

I had sent funds into my account last week and can see the amount is still pending. I managed to contact a member of the team who said that someone would look into it, but it’s now the middle of this week and I can’t even get a response on the chat bot.

This is a shame as I am otherwise happy with the Freetrade platform, but have now lost money on a trade given how long it’s taken to credit my account.
