Hello I’m a little worried as I topped up my account got the third payment it’s was saying processing for a while so I restarted the app and the money hasn’t been topped up but the money has left my bank account could you please give me some advice on what to do in this situation

Usually transfers are instant and your money is definitely not lost. There may be some manual intervention needed or an issue with the automated process. Hopefully this can be sorted out today as the team regularly process top-ups which aren’t automatically deposited

When did you do the top up? If it was over the weekend / today then give it a few hours if not then reach out to money@freetrade.io. They can root around behind the scene and figure out where you money is
