Transfer not gone through


I’m not sure if this is the right place to post or not but I don’t have any other options left.

I transferred money into my account on 31/01/20 and it’s still not appeared in my Freetrade account.

I have emailed, tweeted, dm’d on Twitter and opened a chat in the app and I’ve heard nothing from anyone. I’ve even tweeted the CEO and heard nothing.

I’ve raised it with my bank and they said it’s on Freetrade to action as they can’t now it’s been transferred.

Can someone please take a look?
