Funds lost in transit over a week no response from customer service


I transferred funds to free trade on 29th and 30th January, still no funds in my freetrade account, I contacted customer service 4th and 5th Feb, no reply at all…I feel I am not seeing my money again…what’s going on with this company? Any legal action I can take?

Honestly! I am also having problems locating my money. So am in a similar boat. Sorry I have no advice to give, just moral support.
