Transfer out delays

Hi I started a transfer out to another broker at the end of April. This was meant to complete within 6-8 weeks. At first, got communication to confirm the transfer, after that there has been no update in terms of trade and settlement of the shares.
There is no response when you message Freetrade support. The new broker has chased this as well and they too got no response. If someone at Freetrade can please look into this and update on the status, i would be most grateful as currently I cannot buy/sell and am locked out of the market!

I appreciate your prompt reply - thanks.

The transfer out is going to CMC Markets. The first trade date and settlement failed as Freetrade did not meet CMC in the market.

The trade of shares was agreed second time with CMC Markets on 13 June with settlement on 14 June. Since that time I have been messaging Ash ant Freetrade and the customer support - but get no response from anyone.
My shares that I held with Freetrade are not visible and also not transferred across to CMC.

Any update and a swift resolution on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Charlotte for chasing this for me.

I’ve requested Ash to liaise directly with Declan from CMC who is aware of the transfer.
Hopefully it goes through at the third attempt.

Hmm ive been thinking about transferring but with freetrades lack of customer service this was a concern of mine. Seems you have confirmed it will be nothing but trouble so ill have to sell and transfer manually and take any costs on the chin.

Can you please chase this transfer with Ash? It’s still not complete and remains unsettled with CMC. What is concerning is I cannot see the investment on my Freetrade account either. So if I want to sell the shares I can’t do that. This transfer has probably failed 3 times and no one can tell me the reason why.
I would appreciate if this is sorted before I make a formal complaint, which i would like to avoid.
I’ve been a happy customer of Freetrade but this lack of response and professionalism is dampening my experience.
I hope to receive an urgent response and resolution to this transfer.

To anyone at Freetrade management

I have chasing a transfer since end of May when it should have been completed. No one responds to messages on the web chat or even on the forum! This is ridiculous, extremely frustrating and very unprofessional.
Can someone please help?!!
