Unable to complete account setup

Installed app, entered data… passcodes, dob, etc…

App tries to complete setting up account but just hangs forever.

If I restart app I go through same issue all over again…

Please help…

Have you got exactly the same issue as mentioned or is it different? Can you explain what steps you have / haven’t taken?

It’s the exact same issue. I’ve tried re-installing the app, using a different email address. But still it freezes upon the account creation.

Any ideas how to solve? I’m on an IPhone for reference

I think they’ve had a few issues simplistic to this.

I’d email them on hello@freetrade.io and see if they can help. They normally come back quicker than the 3 days the auto emails states.

If you’re a Monzo plus customer they have a great offer going.
