Hello, I’m trying to take advantage of the Black Friday deal by switching my Standard plan to annual billing but the “Confirm change” button remains disabled even after ticking the confirmation box.

I am on the standard annual plan till April 2025 but I would like to take advantage of the Black Friday offer. If I sign up for the Black Friday offer do I receive a refund for my standard plan

If you upgrade to an annual Plus plan as part of the offer you’ll be eligible for the cash back and the app should automatically calculate your fee deducting whatever you’ve already paid for annual standard.

@freddieerg the team has fixed this. If you close and open the app and try to change your plan again it should all be working!

How did you get to that screen?
When I click on “Manage your plan” in the app, the only thing I can do is “Update your payment method”.
