The FreetradeFX platform is a new development when measured in years not days or weeks, I don’t know the specific launch date for it but it was fairly recently.
With the new platform they essentially they are no longer tied to one FX provider, all it takes is for a minor glitch in this new custom build platform.
I’ll cc @waszko too as his response above probably still covers the current situation.
It is always good proactive to log these things via hello@freetrade.io to make sure a solution is found as quickly as possible.
