Hello. I understand that shareholders get perks from Youngs. Does anyone get these? If so, what could one expect…?

There is a thread of about shareholder perks here -

My question was whether anyone knew what the perks actually are…
On the youngs website it says you get email offers wvery now and then, but are they any good?

Did anyone ever get the shareholder perks?

Ouch, another question. Why did my purchase go through at £8.90 when the current price is £8.32? That sucked…
My investment dropped by 6.5%. That’s huge! The shares haven’t been at that level since 2021…

If I buy beer at a pub and get short changed like that someone’s getting some abuse.

The price shown on Freetrade’s in app graph has a delay, so the price you’re buying/selling at won’t always match.

Yes, I see it now it’s caught up, my bad, I should have checked other share guides before buying. Shame, just missed out on a big shift

Delay doesn’t really tell the reason though. Looking at the page on the LSE website indicates that liquidity is very low, with a high spread (£8.90 to buy, £8.32 if you sell) so you are currently likely to buy at a price that could be quite different from what the current share price is.

You are correct. I just lazily checked the price on Google finance
