Someone’s just shared this with me, it’s long but there’s a lot of great points in this story, for anyone who posts in this community or elsewhere online.
In particular, I’m a big fan of prefacing opinions to acknowledge the fact that I could be wrong & also, encouraging others to disagree with you 
I’ve found that the more diverse the experience and opinions of people who get involved in a discussion, the better it is.
I don’t always remember to use these approaches either but it would be great to see them being used more often in the community, to help make everyone feel welcome to take part in the discussion
