App Bugs

Daily profit/loss - in the mornings, sometimes this stays on £0.00 for ages. You need to select last 7 days then go back to today for it to show.

Showing incorrect prices after hours - why does this happen? For instance, £URNP current price is different to what the app is showing. So my account total is incorrect. £PANR is showing 27.4p when it’s actually over 31p.

Yeah mine does this too. Stays at ‘remained at £0.00 today’ until like 10/11AM and no matter how many times i restart the app it just stays at 0.

I’m seeing this issue as well

I’ve got this issue also. Have to look at other sources for accurate data.

I dislike this too, but not as much as when the calculations show up and reflect opening price instead of yesterday’s closing price. E.g. something closes at £1.15. The first trade the next day is at £1.19. Then up or down on my portfolio is based on the £1.19, not the £1.15. I don’t really care how things have moved relative to the opening price; I care about how they have moved since yesterday’s close, because that’s how much I’m truly up or down that day. Is this intentional? And if yes, could someone explain why it’s preferable to what I’d prefer to see?

Actually, this is also something thats been bugging me recently.

First thing in the morning, when it isnt ‘buggy’ as described above, it’ll say I’m up or down yet the stocks I hold will be up that day so doesnt make sense.

I’ve long suffered the same thing, to the point where I started doubting the reliability of Freetrade - when all my stocks are up 2% on average on the day, yet I’m showing a slight loss (and vice-versa) - it’s rather confusing.

Hi, is anyone experiencing the profit loss bring missing on the app today? Then I restarted the app and it appeared but showed an incorrect number a small number of -£18 when I know on Friday it was massively below that.

Then I pick any time frame 1 week, 1 month etc and it stays the same - £18

Anyone else or just me?
