App doesn't continue when I choose to open a GIA account

Hi, I am new to Freetrade and I am trying to setup an GIA account. However, when I select a GIA account and press “continue” the app gets stuck and doesn’t do anything! If I select ISA account, then it appears to work and asks for the national insurance number and all other details etc. I am only interested in opening a GIA account, so any ideas why the app is not responding? Many thanks

Try deleting cached data and trying again, or reinstalling. There has been a couple of other people on here with the same issue so its a recent issue. Otherwise email hello@freetrade.com and they will know more.

Thanks and problem has been finally solved by freetrade. App seems to work fine now.
