App stuck at Processing top up

I’ve initiated a substantial (for me) top up via my bank. My phone app has been sat at “processing top up” for the last hour. Is it safe to kill the app? Money has left my bank already.

Sorry about this. There’s a known issue that we’re working on. Your money is safe and it’s ok for you to close your app.
