Nobody charges anything. Please read what Neil posted and try to understand bid/ask spread. Freetrade only gives you a mid price, but you buy for the higher bid price.

Read the link I posted earlier, this a fundamental concept to understand before you make any purchases.
Checking the volume on this stock shows that at some points today, many time, there were only 100 trades recorded. This is pretty low in these cases the price people will sell to you at is often higher than the price in the app - this is the bid ask spread in action.

To be honest the stock is pretty liquid. You wouldn’t expect much spread at all with such a large company. I think Bilal is just confused about something
