Hi i cant login into my account everytime i generate magic code and put into an app it says magic code expires. I always put code immediately. I had an issue with an my email and i requested to change it as i was worried my original mail could be used by someone else,all got sorted but now i can’t login into my freetrade account. ive sent same message to hello@freetrade.io 3 days ago and still no reply im trying message in app still I cant do nothing
You mention putting the magic code in… you should just be able to click the link. Are you opening the link on the same phone your have the app installed on? Is the link going to the correct email address
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. It sounds frustrating. Have you tried reaching out on social media or using a different contact method? Sometimes these channels can offer quicker responses. Hope you get it resolved soon!

didnt try social medial contact might give it a chance
You are using the newest email and not the older ones (I know they stack in gmail and it’s not always obvious which one is the latest)

im trying to login with my old email, when i try to login with the emial adress i requested to change to, it start creating account process which fail anyway in the end
