Magic not working?

Hi The problem im having is i cant seem to log into the app and im worried my email has been changed or my card that is linked to the account has been changed can you assure me this is not the case ?
for some reason even after deleting the app and reinstalling it i cant seem to log into my account the email code and link i get sent says it has timed out and is incorrect when i asked for help on the app they are saying the email address isn’t recognised any help on this would be greatly appreciated thank you
