Looking for a bit of advice. The magic link appears to be working. Had a look at the FAQ went through that and it’s still not working.
Am I missing anything?
It works for me. You probably need to speak to Freetrade directly but when you say the magic link is not working, just wondering how’s it not working?
I get the email, click the link, it take me back to the app to the exact same place. From looking around on here I think it should be taking me to a page that shows me my place in the queue?
Yeah it should drop you into the Queue screen or if you have access then the Portfolio screen. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app but really if that doesn’t work then it’ll be something only Freetrade can help with.
It’s working now. Oddly would not work on my wireless.
