A problem I’ve noticed with every financial app (incl. Banking) under the sun is that when you open the app after some time, you may see big jumps. For freetrade, you see an out-of-date isa or gsa value for a split second before it updates.
My suggestion is to make the UI a little smarter and not show anything if the last update is too old.

Secondly I think this may be down to the users internet connectivity as there has been some instances where it will show a significant jump like you said however my area doesn’t have very good signal on O2 at least, but when I’m on my home WiFi it works flawlessly meaning it will show the latest pricing instantly with no odd jumps.
Not to just bang the “this new version of the app is terrible” drum a bit more, but this is a regression since the previous version. I noticed it straight away after the upgrade, and I’ve never seen this in my previous 5 years using the app.
this happens when switching account types also. since day one on IOS. that particular quirk is def not network related.
