Customer Service is a joke

Why show on intercom that a response is usually in 2 hours when that response is a robot?

You are dealing with money. Psychology that’s a really important thing to most people. Having a generic response robot and waiting a day for a human isn’t great. You can tell how good a company is when you need customer support - and Freetrade you failing.

If the response is “high volumes” then you need to ask yourselves why? And then why you don’t feel having enough agents to support customers is important to you.
