I wanted to start a thread to thank the customer service team and highlight the great job they do.
It’s one of the main things that keeps me with Freetrade.
I’ve used just about every broker and I think FT’s in-app support is the best of the bunch by far.
I consider the priority support through Plus to be one of the most valuable parts of my subscription.
Only this morning, I contacted support with a query and it was resolved in minutes.
I know customer service is often a thankless task – you’ll hear all about the bad and much less about the good – so I wanted to say a big thank you and urge everyone to keep up the top-notch work.
I want to thank @acamp and the freetrade customer service team, they sorted out my card issues, my isa issues and transfers from GIA to ISA, ASAP, if I could give 10 stars I would.

I had another great customers service again from @acamp and from the freetrade team. I got the email saying 3 working days and within 5 mins I had an employee email me get my details then 5 mins later another employee come in and start the transfer into my isa
Hi freetrade I want to move from plus plan to standard plan. I told you this sometime ago. . Yet you keep telling in app and by email you are going to move me to the basic plan. So does that mean you going to close my ISA?
And before I get constant shite about SIPP and extra interest.
I haven’t got a SIPP and get just as good an interest elsewhere.

How many times are you going to try and harass me into taking plus plan which doesn’t benefit me? You got me last year not this time.
From your screenshot it looks like your plan comes to end on the 4th May wouldn’t you just revert to basic plan i.e you would use your GIA. Have you transferred your ISA elsewhere? Or wouldnt you need to resign up to the standard plan as this would be a new contract between you and Freetrade
I have asked them for standard BUT they keep trying to push me into Plus, despite me not having a SIPP. I do have an ISA with freetrade.
Con merchants. They did it last year knowing I haven’t got a SIPP so clearly overpaid.
Where do you see the offer of a standard plan?

It looks like you’re receiving this because your account is tagged as due to downgrade imminently. You’re being shown Basic and Plus given your current subscription. But of course you’re free to take a standard sub too!
You can do this by selecting Manage my Plan on the account screen.
If there are any issues drop a message to customer service to assist. They’ll be more than happy to get a standard subscription set up for you.
