Yes, I can change to any of the three plansā€¦

Just go to your account and select ā€˜change your planā€™

The screenshot you posted looks like an automated message about the end of your plan. Youā€™ve not posted anything about a conversation with them.

But as mentioned you can change your plan yourself

The point i was making was they were only offering two choices when there are three.
I am lost as to why no one can see that.
Why only offer two when there are three available.
Clearly an attempt at forcing me to pay fot the most expensive option which i dont gain from.

It was a marketing email that yes is trying to encourage you to use a paid service, fairly simple.

You can downgrade to our Standard plan at any time by heading to:

The subscription fee for any unused portion of the existing billing cycle will be credited to you, minus any annual discount you have benefitted from and an administration fee of Ā£5.

We may use this credit to reduce any new subscription fee in respect of your new plan type. Any remaining amount of credit will be repaid to your payment card.

A word of adviceā€¦ If youā€™re not praising Freetrade, donā€™t bother posting because the fanboys will just mob you. It wasnā€™t like this back in the beginning, but a lot of forum members here have shares in Freetrade so they canā€™t abide anything vaguely negative being said about their precious investment. This is probably why so many of the OGs left this forum.

Posting this on a thread created for praising customer service is just asking for it! :rofl:

I think the other guy is getting a bit of push back only because heā€™s been told exactly where to go and has made some claims but the screen shot he posted was an automated message. Not a response to something he messaged about as far as anyoneā€™s been shown.

I see plenty of people criticising Freetrade without issue

You do know your post will be censored IE blocked. You do have a point about fan boys. For @Eden just cannot grasp it matters not one iota how/why I got the email and in app message, the fact is it only offered 2 choices. 2 choices when there are three. @Eden just refused to see anything wrong with that.

Edit maybe he doesnā€™t want to see anything wrong with that?

Yeah maybe Iā€™m just not getting it. Your initial complaint seemed to be that you were specifically talking to someone and they were refusing to give you a standard subscription, but your screen shot seems to be an automated message ā€¦ I dunno

But as everyone has pointed out, you can just pick the subscription in the app. It seems like this might be where people are getting a bit grated with your replies as you donā€™t seem to be acknowledging this especially considering your original message suggested you werenā€™t being offered a standard subscription

But itā€™s right there in the app, you just need to click it

So yeahā€¦ I donā€™t really understand your complaint. No one has refused to give you a standard account.

Probably because I only log in once or twice in a year these days to see what new features are in the works or to track the progress of a bug. Iā€™ve barely been on here since 2021-ish, largely for the reasons I mentioned.
