I have tried to contact Freetrade on the app chat numerous times since last Saturday, have also tried emailing but I can’t get a response from them. I referred a friend last Saturday, they filled in their W8-BEN form and funded their account, but still neither of us have received our free share, can anyone help or advise?
According to the FAQ you may have to allow for 7-10 days.
So hopefully you will both get the free share in the next batch if not the week after.
Edit: I see you’ve posted before with the same issue. If you can wait a bit longer for a customer support response then you will both get the free share even though it’s taking longer than expected
