Free trade have taken money from my account but will not credit it to my Freetrade account with a succession of excuses. Any advice?
It seems like they may be trying to confirm your identity.
Is this your first deposit?
Do you have only one account, or do you have both a GIA and an ISA? If you do have both check both.
