Guys by the way what can I do if I have 2 different accounts in the queue?
I have made my first one long time ago and forgot about it.
Now when I saw that things are getting close to the finish line I registered with my serious email.
The problem is that the forst one is 20kth in the queue but the one im actually going to use is in the 40 thousands.
Could you please drop us a message via Intercom & we’ll get that sorted for you?

Maybe choose an index ETF for now if you are undecided on specific companies. Many on here can give good advice I am sure.

Ive read the roll out stuff, if I am 150th in the queue and an investor is there a chance I will be in the first 500?
You might have earned a queue jump through your investment but if not, you’ll fall into the ‘top of the queue’ phase from our plan for the rollout.

Looks like a partner issue is affecting trades, in app notification. Typical on the first day, I feel for Freetrade.
Fingers crossed 16:00 trades go through.
If not we just try again tomorrow
Unfortunately as some of you will have seen, our service providers were unable to resolve the issue in time for the basic trades to go through, and so these have not executed this afternoon.
They have identified the issue, which has affected a number of their other clients as well, and are continuing to work hard to resolve the issue ahead of trading tomorrow.
For the trades that were placed in the app but did not execute, both instant and basic, these will all be cancelled, and I’m afraid they will have to be placed again tomorrow. We’ll send out more details to those of you affected via the app.
We will share more details on what happened once the dust has settled, but clearly we are hugely disappointed that this happened on our first day. We can only apologise to those of you that were affected, and we will be working with our providers to prevent the same issue happening again.
On the positive side the app worked well and it was only the 3rd party that had an issue
