Hi - as the title says, I can’t sign up for love nor money. I enter all my details, but every time it sticks loading at the end and does nothing. I’m using a freetrade referral code but that doesn’t help, nor has uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting my phone, etc. Any ideas? I’m using a Samsung Note 9 if that helps?
There was a similar post here the other day. Maybe a new bug on certain phones?

A few things to check
Are you running Android 11?
Can you sign up on another tablet / phone
Clear the cache
Delete and reinstall the app.
After these steps then you should be able to reach out to support on firstname.lastname@example.org

I’ve tried all of these. I’ve even got a new phone recently, but the issue seems to be the same regardless. Absolutely flummoxed. Sent a support email in.
They’re normally quicker than the standard response time. If you figure out the problem let us know too, we’re a happy little community and like to help where we can.

Hi I just want to ask withdraw ok I need wait 3 to 5 day and I can transfer my bank account I wait and I try transfer and again saying 3 to 5 days money gonna in my account is that normal so total I need wait nearly 10 working days??? thank
It takes a few days for the final trade to ‘settle’ once it’s in your withdrawable funds it’s 3-5 working days before its is in your bank account.

At least a month. I left it be for a few days and then forgot about it. When I came back to it today it’s still there
So I’m guessing something has gone wrong with your ID verification. This can happen from time to time especially if you’re talking in weeks rather than days.
We’re all just community members so don’t have access to anything ‘proper’ - looks like reaching out to the team on email@example.com - something hasn’t worked with the drop box link is my guess.
Can you let us know how you get on when resolved?
