Funds not deposited or withdrawn

Help!
I have deposited money using my linked bank account. It has been more than 24 hours since I have done this yet no update in the app. Also, the app is not letting me withdraw money when I have been able to do so before. I have tried contacting freetrade but have not had any result.

Can anyone give me some tips to sort this out??!!!

for the withdrawral, have the funds been settled? (account tab in app, it will show withdrawable cash and unsettled cash)

Yes it is showing as settled.
