Gain/Loss on Portfolio 📈

Agreed. It looks good and a long desired feature, thanks for that.
But a toggle between total amount, percentage gain and to hide it fully would be amazing.

Great job a lot more accurate than the first release :clap:t3:

It’s working well on android, but as others have said I’d love to see a percentage alongside it!

This is not showing for me and I’m a beta tester

Make sure you’re on the latest app 2.6.9 :slightly_smiling_face: if you still don’t have it, let me know

Dropped you a DM

Any more room?

Looks nice and accurate - would love to see a % view and a timeframe change as we flick through the different portfolio timeframes

Okay, I re-enabled it for you. Let me know if this worked

I’m sure there’s a breakdown of how the % gain or loss is calculated ? I think it’s a pity this figure includes your deposits ? I would just like to see capital growth (incl dividends).

An update: we’re doing some final testing on this with the Beta Testers and initial users who have the feature enabled.

After these improvements, it will drop on everyone’s app. Stay tuned, and thanks for the feedback!

What’s the position re deposits?

Has the G/Lcalculation changed from: -

G/L calculation = (current positions value - total cash spent)+dividends

??

There was bug that needed squashing apparently. Your gain / loss should re calculate in due course to show value without deposit.

aah! thanks … I did wonder as I went through the calculation and validated my gain/loss figure in detail with Jani earlier!

I don’t have the feature yet.
If I had paid in £100. Withdrawn £0 and my portfolio value was £110 including £5 dividends and £5 gains what would my gain / loss look like ?
