It shows that I have £517 in my GIA account but when go into the account tab it says that I only have £22.55 to withdraw.
Do not understand
Maybe you’ve sold stuff recently and the cash isn’t available to withdraw yet since it hasn’t settled. Note that you should still be able to invest it all (i.e. purchase other shares) should you wish.

Are you looking at the total portfolio value for the £517?
In the account tab, what does it say when you select ‘View breakdown’?
Have you set a limit order or order outside of market hours If so, the funds are reserved and you would need to cancel the order first before you can do anything else with those funds.

you need to check under Account > View breakdown…as suggested it may be reserved or unsettled cash
