Help please

Hi, I can’t set up my freetrade account because the first time I set it up I used an old email address which I no longer have access to, so when it sends a link it sends it there… which is a problem. I tried to reinstall with my new email but it gets stuck on the verifying page, I believe it may be because I have an account set up already in my name. I contacted @MeghanB26 I told her the problem… but nothing… so basically wondering if anyone can actually help me!?

You aren’t the first person to have this issue so don’t worry, they’ve sorted it before.

Customer support are pretty swamped at the moment but are great and will get to you eventually, you might have to give them some time.
