Just to say that I have just received my free share. This involved the person I was referring emailing someone at freetrade. I am obviously pleased that this has been resolved but disappointed that the process was not a lot smoother as the person being referred begins to doubt whether future experiences using Freetrade will be reliable. Anyway, in my case it’s sorted now.
