I’ve come across a number of bugs recently but the most frustrating seems to be that the customer services team haven’t responded to any of my messages in the last 7 days, is there any known problems with the chat service on Android?
I see this issue on the monthly view for most stocks, there’s a single stamp that shows as 1% of the actual price. Makes it useless since the view auto scales
On Android also the “create recurring order” button won’t load within my ISA account but shows normally under the GIA. I’ve force closed the app, cleared cache, and tried reinstalling but nothing makes a difference.
FT, just an FYI.
Watchlist was fixed a few days ago… now completely gone again. Android.

The time weighted return visual jumps around when you try to scrub the graph.
Also 1W is showing no data

Thanks for this! We sometimes see a similar problem when scrubbing on the performance graphs for stocks. I’ve added the TWRR issue to the tracker as well to make sure we fix them both at the same time.
I’ve also noted the 1W issue - it looks like our latest data is from 19th April (10 days ago). We’ll keep you posted about this, sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time

For full transparency, we’re aware of a few issues with recurring orders at the moment, particularly on Android, and are planning to work on making this a higher quality experience. Thanks for bearing with us

Anyone else seen this. I’ve topped up my account, but the amount I’m “up by” has increased to include the amount I’ve just paid into the account, which is ruining performance tracking. I’m on Android.
Update: reopened the app and it’s sorted itself out.
Hey @Panik, just following up on this, the issue with the TWRR only going up to 19th April has now been fixed and you should now be able to see up-to-date performance including on your 1W graph. Let me know if you’re still seeing any issues
