Dont know if this is a bug but my individual holding icons are a lot smaller than they used to be. (IOS)
@Panik Well spotted! This is actually intended - for a while now our designers have used the smaller icons, and this matches how the Android app has looked for a while too. We think this is an improvement as it allows you to see a little bit more of your investments at a glance without making them harder to read.

This happens to me as well sometimes.
Iām having a very similar issue (android).
Sometimes when I press the sell or buy button the app prompts me a blank screen, except for the the ābackā arrow at the top left corner. When it happens, I usually hit the back arrow and try again, as many times as I need to, until I complete the task.
Iāve noticed it does happen more and more frequently, last time 3 minutes ago.

This is a bug that mistakenly made it into a release of the Android app on Monday afternoon. It was sent out to a minority of Android users before we released a fix for everybody early on Tuesday.
If anybody is still experiencing this issue (where the Buy button doesnāt show at all), please update to version 1.0.45654 of the Android app, clear your cached data, and try again

Not feeling particularly patient, I am looking to buy particular shares right now while the share price has dropped so I can buy at a discount, and I cant physically buy because an update was pushed without being properly tested, this is now costing me moneyā¦
Hi @JAP1989, what issue are you seeing? If itās that you cannot see the buy button on the stock page, please update to the latest version of the Android app (version 1.0.45654) where the issue should be fixed
@sfoulston I am on the newest version, I am on android Oxygen OS which is fully up to date, I have also cleared the cache, still no buy button, which I would argue is the most important function of this app, so the update hasnt fixed it for everyone still

@sfoulston I have managed to get this to work by completely uninstalling the app and reinstalling, even though it was the same version. I did reach out via a message on the app but I recieved no response unfortunately
just me or does it take way longer than normal to load the āaccountā tab on first load of the app?
Hey @Panik. Yes, when we launched Flexible ISAs we noticed an issue with long load times on the Account tab. This should now be fixed ā could you please try updating to version 3.9.132 or later if youāre currently on an older version, and let me know if this is improved for you

Anyone ever had the open the app and after 10s or so it just closes on you this is happening f both on this new temp phone and it was doing it on the tablet both android both updated to to the max of everything.

might be the OS version is no longer supported. I have some old devices that wonāt load the app.
I downloaded everything from apps that were on my other phone which came with android 10 this phone died android 11 but it still doesnāt explain about the tablet or else actually they could be the problem that I downloaded previous apps from my phone thatās died to my tablet and temp phone maybe I need to directly download the apps.
Itās like on this phone I now have the finger print and keypad working again for freetrade where as the other phone never asks no matter if I tell it too. It did once upon a time.
Might clear the cache etc and see what happens if not delete and re-download
I have found that the FT app drops the fingerprint access after a small number of failed attempts and then never reverts back to using fingerprint again unless reinstalled.
Thanks bob on further investigation it seems when Iām on the main sipp page or issue page it closes after 3 seconds but if I quickly go to to discover and look for stocks it doesnāt crash.
I cleared cache and the issue is still here ahh
