Freetrade just sent me a message saying i have to sell my stock before 19th dec or thell sell it for me. Im just worried what other stock holdings id have to sell in future if the market is down. I have to sell at a loss.
Not feeling at all safe now

This type of message to the community is not useful or helpful without further details. There must be a valid reason why Freetrade sent you this message and/or it may have been error. There is another thread about a recent message that was sent in error see this message from that thread Can’t find the W-8BEN form - #26.
If you received the erroneous message then you would have also got an in-app message with an apology.
Normally Freetrade tells you exactly what the issue is. If you have no idea why you have been sent the message you have received please contact hello@freetrade.io because individual account issues are not discussed within the forum. Only relevant and approved staff can deal with these matters.
I am certain that individual investments held by Freetrade are safe and protected as per the relevant regulations.
