I am a very recent investor and have made 2 successful top ups this week.
However, I have tried to make another and my bank have advised that they cannot make a payment to Freetrade. In asking my bank why they allowed two previous payments why they now have blocked any further payments they told me that they were not allowed to tell me the reason why by the licencing authority.
Should I be concerned?
You should ask in the in-app chat, they will be able to check your payment. It might be some crossed wires with an anti fraud or anti gambling check maybe?
