Hi, I just created an account and put money in but it is just stuck on pending…
It’s been 4 days now with no email response can someone help me?
I have an idea it might be because I didn’t put my name down correctly when signing up.

Have you tried contacting Freetrade directly? They won’t be able to look at your account/deposit via the forum.

If there is a problem with your deposit then the money will normally bounce back, this can take a few working days (due the banking system not due to FT) - if you think you might have made an error then hold fire for a couple of days.
