Just received an email saying you have taken money out of my bank account for my isa. BUT i closed and cancelled my isa last year. How can you charge me for something I do not have. PLEASE refund me my money and make sure that all my accounts are properly closed as requested, and there will be no more taking money from my bank account. I am asking here as i dont have the app installed any more.
Please can someone from freetrade confirm this was a mistake and my money will be returned, thank you.
