Plus subscription paid but I’m not able to do transactions

I have paid my fee, but your system doesn’t recognise it. If i change the card details, nothing is happening. No one from the customer support team is answering and last answer was to just change my card. I have even uninstalled my app.

What can I do? My money is stuck this is now at risk of a legal support.
