Stuck at Identity Check Failed

Hi,

I signed up last Friday via the apple app, and received email confirmation and the email request to submit ID documents.

I replied with the ID docs within the hour but I’ve not heard anything back. Plus the app states my identity check has failed.

Any help would be great?

All you can do is contact them to ask what additional proof of ID can be submitted. I’d also check to ensure all your official documents are up to date, correct, and in date.

thank you for your reply, I’ve emailed twice using the hello@freetrade.io address.

I can’t get in using the app, it open on the Identity check has failed message.

The docs I sent are the latest version.
