Deposit funds

I have not received my deposit funds for 2 days now and it’s getting annoying since this is not the first time it’s happening, although I’ve been a customer for only two months. Last time I had this issue, it took FT almost 2 weeks to sort it out. Although this is already bad enough, what I find the most disappointing is the lack of communications. Just… silence, sometimes for days.

There is a specific issue with deposits that they’re sorting at the moment, sounds like it could be that. Your money is safe but there is often a manual step to match the accounts when you first join.
