Hello, everyone, I am just enquiring about the top up time, I heard that if you top up on Friday evening it will arrive by Monday morning but it hasn’t come. I’m a little worried because it’s definitely left my current account.
Any ideas?

Hi, you’re best asking freetrade using the in app chat function and they can look in to your specific case. It’s usually pretty quick but if done over the weekend, it normally does arrive on londay morning.
Did you use the unique reference code to top up?
It should have done. Its within 20 mins for me.
Did you use your code as your reference number?
Did you use the bank account you registered with?
